Crowdfunding
TTShare Golf, serving as a digital handshake between golfers, is a person to person tee time sharing app that connects golfers (Guests) with course members (Hosts) who are willing to share access through their guest passes to their exclusive golf course.
TTShare Golf's official iOS version launched in Q3 2025, opening the door to even faster user expansion. While the app is available to download globally in the App Store, TTShare Golf began its growth rollout region by region to ensure each market has a strong balance of Hosts and Guests before scaling. Starting with the Southern California market, the app has already received strong support in this initial region, and TTShare Golf is now preparing to enter the next stage of expansion.

Q&A
Q: Can courses shut this down?
A: TTShare Golf encourages all Hosts to follow their home course's bylaws and policies. TTShare Golf is designed to protect privacy and uphold the confidentiality expected in private or exclusive courses. Guest play only occurs when personally verified and hosted by a member. Hosts can always vet Guests through TTShare Golf’s profile and chat system. Importantly, TTShare Golf does not offer open public booking. Tee times are only available within a secure, member-driven golf sharing community. Hosts must comply with the coure's guest policies. TTShare golf is not a booking agent. We are driving connections between golfers to assist them in making their own connections. We do not set pricing or acquire tee times for re-sale. TTShare Golf actively monitors for compliance and reserves the right to suspend accounts.
Q: Is TTShare Golf a booking agent?
A: No, TTShare is not a booking agent. TTShare Golf is not a resale or brokerage service. It is a connection and cost-sharing tool. The platform does not sell or assign tee times. Course members continue to book directly through their courses' standard process and then share with verified peers. TTShare Golf serves only as a digital handshake between golfers. Hosts must comply with their course's guest policy.
While TTShare Golf is designed to facilitate personal connections between golfers in compliance with applicable laws and course policies, users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities align with their membership agreements and local regulations. TTShare Golf does not guarantee access, assume liability for disputes, or provide legal advice. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with CCPA and other relevant data protection laws. Risks include potential course restrictions, account suspensions, or legal actions by third parties.
Q: Why would Hosts/Course Members share tee times?
A: Social connection, charity, rewards, and community recognition.
Q: What prevents abuse?
A: Identity verification, review system, host accountability, and transaction monitoring.
Q: Why hasn’t this been done successfully before?
A: It requires insider access, trust, and cultural alignment. More than just technology.
Q: What happens if Series A never happens?
A: Conversion only occurs upon qualified financing; otherwise, investors retain contractual rights per the agreement.
Q: What are the risks?
A: This is a high-risk, early-stage investment. Risks include but are not limited to: market adoption risk, regulatory and compliance risk, execution and scaling risk, and potential loss of entire investment.
Q: What am I investing in?
A: You are investing in TTShare Golf through a SAFE-like agreement, which may convert into equity in a future qualified financing. This investment does not represent immediate ownership.
Q: Can I invest if I’m outside the U.S.?
A: Investment eligibility depends on your country of residence, citizenship, and applicable securities laws. Some international investors may be eligible, while others may be restricted. Prospective investors outside the U.S. should carefully review the offering documents and may wish to consult their own legal or financial advisors before investing.
Q: Where can I find the full legal terms?
A: All terms and conditions are detailed in the official SAFE-like agreement, which should be reviewed carefully before investing.
Q: What are the key risks?
A: In addition to course policies, risks include regulatory changes, data breaches, and failure to achieve projected growth. TTShare Golf may face competition or legal challenges from courses or platforms. No assurance of Series A or liquidity events.
