Host-Exclusive Perks
(Available to Hosts who register a private course as their Home Course)

• ​Tier 1: For every 5 completed rounds hosted at private courses AND $2,000 in revenue earned through hosting at private courses, Hosts receive the opportunity to play at Trump International, Pelican Hills, or Torrey Pine for a $100 green fee.

• Tier 2: For every 10 completed rounds hosted at private courses AND $4,000 in revenue earned through hosting at private courses, Hosts receive the opportunity to play at one of the following premium courses: El Niguel Country Club, Shadow Creek Golf Course, Sherwood Country Club, Shady Canyon Country Club, or Bel-Air Country Club. Green fees are paid by the Host.

• Tier 3: For every 50 completed rounds hosted at private courses AND $20,000 in revenue earned through hosting at private courses, Hosts receive the opportunity to play at one of the following Top 100 Golf Courses: Los Angeles County Club, Riviera County Club, or The California Golf Club of San Francisco. Green fees are paid by the Host.

• Host a Tee Time for Credit-to-Equity Eligibility

  • Earn 50% of the gross tee-time value as credits for your future play when you host​

  • Opportunity to convert accumulated credits into equity participation based on the applicable crowdfunding tier structure at the time of offering (subject to applicable securities laws and offering terms).

  • Credits expire 6 months from the date issued. Equity conversion becomes available 6 months after the Host’s initial credit issuance, subject to the program period ending September 1, 2026.

  • $1,000 in accumulated credits

    • Eligible to apply for credit-to-equity conversion (after 6 months from first credit issuance)

  • $3,000 – $5,000 in accumulated credits

    • Eligible to participate in Tier 3 (Avid Golfers) crowdfunding benefits

  • $10,000 – $30,000 in accumulated credits

    • Eligible to participate in Tier 3 (Avid Golfers) crowdfunding benefits

  • $10,000 – $30,000 in accumulated credits

    • Eligible to participate in Tier 1 (Top-Tier Course Members) crowdfunding benefits

Program Rules and Policies

• This program is open only to Hosts who are private course members. Public and semi-private course members are not eligible. If a Host is a member of multiple home courses, only hosting activity at private courses will be counted.

• A round is defined as a completed and confirmed tee time hosted and played by the Host.

  • Cancelled or no-show bookings do not qualify.

  • Tee times are counted per completed booking, not per individual player.

  • Multiple tee times used to complete a single round (e.g., split groups) will be counted as one round only.

• TTShare Golf only provides access opportunities, not hosted or sponsored rounds. 

  • TTShare Golf does not act as the Host, does not sponsor play, and does not cover green fees unless explicitly stated.

  • When a reward is unlocked, TTShare Golf facilitates an introduction or access opportunity consistent with course policies.

  • All rounds are played in compliance with each course’s guest rules and may require: a verified member host and/or a confirmed guest invitation

  • Green fees and related costs are paid by the Host, except where a specific promotional rate is explicitly stated (e.g., Tier #1 $100 green fee).

• Rewards are calculated on a rolling basis. Once a Host unlocks a perk, notification and redemption instructions will be sent to the email address associated with the Host’s TTShare Golf account. Upon redemption, the round and revenue counters for that perk tier reset to zero.

• All perk redemptions must be scheduled through the TTShare Golf platform and are subject to course availability and Host eligibility verification.

• The program applies only to hosting activity completed through the TTShare Golf app.

• Hosts must maintain an active TTShare Golf account. If an account is deactivated for any reason, all accumulated progress toward rewards will reset. Qualification restarts upon reactivation.

• All rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged.

• Credit-to-Equity Eligibility

  • Credit accumulation does not guarantee equity allocation. Only credit balances of $1,000 or more are eligible for conversion to equity. Credits below $1,000 cannot be converted. Conversion is subject to availability within each tier.

  • Final valuation, rights, and investment structure will be defined in official offering documents.

  • The credit-to-Equity Eligibility does not constitute an offer to sell securities.

  • This offering is conducted pursuant to Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933 and is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. • Abuse of the program, including but not limited to, fake bookings, manipulation of reviews, or violations of TTShare Golf’s privacy or usage policies, will result in disqualification from the program and may lead to account suspension or termination.

• TTShare Golf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program, including eligible courses and benefits, with reasonable notice.
